You can cancel your order before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after the order is made and before it is shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you can no longer cancel it.
Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when you’ve received the original order.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. We will not process returns or exchanges with no tracking.
- For return, the returned items must include the promotional gifts received. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Returns will be processed within five days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items that have been sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
